Instructions

Vegetable Dip

  • Blend all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Serve refrigerated or at room temperature.

Scarecrow Decoration

  • Decorate as a scarecrow with crackers and veggies to your liking. I used Wheat Thins for a hat, filled a bowl with dill dip, then created straw hair from carrots, yellow peppers and celery.
  • You could do all kinds of cute scarecrow faces. I made our scarecrow face  easy with cucumbers for eyes, blueberries for pupils and yellow pepper for a mouth, but any type of vegetable would do!
  • Chill platter and dip until ready to serve.
