Ingredients

Cream Cheese
softened

cup
chili
2
cups
cheddar cheese
shredded
1
tablespoon
Chopped Parsley
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix chili, cream cheese and 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese
Microwave for 30-60 seconds to soften your ingredients so they will mix easier.
Once mixed, add to a baking dish
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
Bake for 10-15 minutes until hot and bubbly
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve hot with crackers, celery or chips
