Enchilada  Mac and Cheese

This One Pot Enchilada Mac and Cheese is simple to make and always a winning recipe! Have dinner on the table in 30 minutes!

Ingredients: – yellow onion – ground beef – black beans – taco seasoning – beef broth – enchilada sauce – diced tomatoes – elbow pasta – cheddar cheese – green onion

Get Started... – Saute the onion  – Add ground beef and brown – stir in black beans and taco seasoning.

– Add broth, sauce, and the diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. – Stir in the dried pasta and return to boiling. – Cover and cook for 15 minutes

– When liquid is gone, uncover and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. – Serve and Enjoy!
