Hot Honey Roasted Edamame

Ingredients
10
ounces
frozen shelled edamame
thawed and drained
1
tablespoon
vegetable oil
2
teaspoons
hot honey
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
1
pinch
crushed red pepper
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the edamame in a large bowl, add the oil and hot honey. Mix until coated well.
Add edamame in a single layer to a baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes, stir then bake another 6 to 9 minutes until the edamame has some brown spots.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Add to a serving bowl and garnish with a pinch of red chili pepper.
Notes
How to quickly thaw frozen edamame in the microwave. Add to a glass bowl and cook for 30 seconds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
