Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp

    vanilla extract

  • Bake the pie crust according to directions and let cool.
  • Mix glaze with the fresh strawberries and add to the pie shell. Chill for 2-4 hours.
  • Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer while gradually adding the sugar and vanilla. Once you have soft, but defined peaks stop mixing.
  • Generously add whipped cream to chilled pie before serving. Decorate the top with additional strawberries.
