  • Cut off strawberry stems and puree in a blender or food processor. You should get 1 cup of pureed strawberries from about 2 handfuls of large fresh strawberries.
  • In a pitcher, add 3-5 fresh mint leaves and muddle them with a spoon.
  • Pour tea, sugar, strawberry puree and the juice of one lemon into the pitcher.
  • Add vodka if you want a spiked Strawberry tea. If not, fill the rest of the pitcher with tea.
  • Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve by muddling mint in a glass. Fill glass with ice and pour the tea. Garnish with a strawberry and mint leaf.

If you like your iced tea sweet, add more sugar or omit the sugar and use Milo’s Sweet Tea instead.
