Instructions

How to Make Margarita Mix

  • Combine the water and sugar into a large saucepan. Stir frequently over a medium high heat until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil to create simple syrup, then remove from heat and let cool.
  • Mix in the lemon, lime and orange juice (optional).
  • Pour the margarita mix into an air tight container and refrigerate for up to a week.

How to Make a Single Serving Margarita

  • Add salt to a plate and run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Dip the glass into the salt.
  • Add equal parts of margarita mix and tequila into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. About 2 ounces each.
  • Shake, pour into your margarita glass and enjoy!

How to Make a Pitcher of Margaritas

  • Add 4 cups Margarita Mix and 4 cups of tequila to a pitcher. Stir and chill until ready to serve. Add slices of limes and ice if desired.

Notes

To make frozen margaritas, freeze the mix in ice cube trays.
