- 1/2 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Dill Pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Separate 1 tablespoon of the chopped dill pickles to use for garnish.
Now combine all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir.
Top with chopped dill pickles and serve with potato chips or your favorite vegetables.
Makes about 2 cups. Dill pickle dip is best when served cold.
