Add a handful of butterscotch chips into a frosting bag. Microwave in 30 second intervals at a time for about a minute or until chips have melted.
Cut the tip of the frosting bag to make a small opening and pipe an oval for the bear nose on the side of a donut.
Gently press a chocolate chip into the nose and press two mini chocolate chips into the donut for the eyes. If they don't stick to the donut, use a little of the melted butterscotch chips as glue. Set aside to cool.
Poke a straw through the donut, place into an empty milk jar so the donut rests on the lid.
Download and print the Paddington Bear printable page. Cut out the hats and tags with scissors. Use tape to secure the hat to the straw.
Add the twine and tag around the lid of the milk bottle. Once you have all of your Paddington Bear Donuts assembled, gently lift out the straw and pour milk into the jar. They are ready to serve!
