  • Stack 2 tortillas together, gently fold in half and use kitchen shears to cut the tortillas into heart shapes. When you unfold the tortillas should look like a heart. Repeat with the additional tortillas.

Assemble and Cook Tortilla Pizzas

  • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over a tortilla. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, layer with pepperoni or your favorite pizza toppings, ending with more cheese. Then top with another tortilla.
  • Heat skillet, add butter into pan.
  • While butter melts, place pizzas into the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid. Allow them to cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and they’re crispy.
