This week we’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a theme of GREEN. Something in your photo has to be green. We recently had a photo shoot outside and this is what we came up with for our green theme.

Kid Entry

My daughter made this green egg and carried it around the entire day. She was very proud!

Adult Entry

My 6 year old son took this photo. I played around with it in Photoshop and thought it turned out kinda fun. I was trying to get him to pose like this, but he wouldn’t have anything to do with it… he’s a behind the camera kind of guy like his daddy! Luckily the women in my family don’t mind being in front of it:-)

Hope you will enter a photo in our weekly challenge this week! Looking forward to seeing all the creative green shots.

  1. Adorable. I just posted some instructions on making a leaf fairy mask. After seeing these pics I think you should make one for yourself. You would rock a full fairy costume and so would your princess 😉

  2. Amy, these are so adorable!!! Your little girl is beautiful and you, well I love your leafy eyes!!!!

Very, very clever! That’s what I need improvement on – the clever part….. I just shoot straight on faces – I may be able to persuade my daughter to do some fun things in pictures but my son has just hit that age where he’d be more difficult to engage in silly stuff for my photos…. Maybe if I baited him…..

  5. What fun photos. I love your cute little girl and think it’s so funny how kids attach themselves to obscure objects. 🙂 I love the creativity of the adult picture.

  6. Cuteness! Your little girl is precious, and oh, how I hope she gets tired of that egg before it rots! (speaking from experience here….). LOVE the adult photo… that is just pure fun! Your 6 y.o. already has quite an eye, doesn’t he? Thanks for the inspiration…
