I am traveling now and enjoyed a fun stop at a dear friend’s house this weekend.
Tina and I were college girlfriends and have known each other for over 20 years. You know the kind of friends who know everything and then some about you… well that’s Tina.
Each time I visit her, I’m in awe of her beautiful house, because it’s always like stepping into a magazine. Full of gorgeous accessories, light fixtures, cool furniture, modern colors and fresh flowers. It makes me never want to leave! In fact, I almost didn’t. I’m sure after my kids and I left, she was ready for us to go. We wanted to move in:-)
It’s always fun to tour homes and I thought you might enjoy taking a peek of Tina’s house. You will see why I’m ready to move on in!

I love the hardwoods with coral, teal and silver accents.
I could spend all day drooling over her formal dinning room with the beautiful artwork and fantastic modern chairs!
One of the best things about Tina’s house are her unique light fixtures. I only had my iPhone for these photos, so the chandelier in the master bedroom is a little hard to see. But believe me, it’s amazing!
The kid’s rooms are gorgeous as well. The Here Comes Trouble pillow is hilarious and I want one for my daughter’s room!
I also love the Be Nice or Leave and It Wasn’t Me Pillows in her son’s room.
I had to giggle because my craft room would never look this clean. I really need a room like this!
The wall of kid art in the hallway is one of my favorite things.

The outdoor patio is just like being in a fancy hotel. This is where we sit most of the time. What a lovely space!
Yes, I could handle this landscaping and pool in my own yard. Maybe someday… for now I can dream!
