  • Proscuitto
  • Pepperoni

For a charcuterie board, use 3 to 4 different cheeses like:

A Dad charcuterie board is the perfect treat for Father's Day! Use Dad's favorite snacks to make an easy Dad themed charcuterie appetizer to celebrate his day.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz package of Salami or Pepperoni
  • ½ cup olives
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1 cup crackers
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup cubed cheese
  • 2 cups grapes

Instructions

  • Place parchment paper on a table or a large board or platter.
  • In the middle of the board, make a letter A with the meat. Then create the D with the rest of the meat on either side. This way the word Dad will be centered in the middle of your platter or board.
  • Begin placing crackers, fruit, nuts, granola and olives around the meat until you have created a colorful charcuterie board to serve to Dad on his big day!
