Fall Autumn Party Ideas

As you prepare for the Thanksgiving Holiday, I thought you might like to see these fabulous fall party ideas from a birthday party I attended last weekend.

My friend Bia turned 40 and her friend, Norma, planned her a party. Imagine my surprise when I stepped into such a beautiful room full of gorgeous decorations! I’m used to being the one who plans these type of shindigs, so it was very refreshing to meet someone else with my love of creating extra pretty details for a party.

Norma did a fantastic job of styling the party with beautiful details! The invitations were very cute and said “Fall into Forty”.

Pumpkin marshmallow pops

I loved these Pumpkin Marshmallow Pops. These would be so simple to make for Thanksgiving treats. Just dip the marshmallow in orange melted candy and top with a candy stem.

She even made party favors of homemade Apple Cider and used cute chipboard stickers as cupcake toppers.

Autum Dessert Table

Burlap, paper leaves and Dollar Store items as accents on tables create a simple, yet gorgeous autumn feel.

Everyone enjoyed not only the beautiful decorations and food, but the perfect weather and autumn colors.

Fall Party Favors

Norma made these cute party favors with a simple paper crimper and filled them with candy.  She told me she was inspired by many of my party friends.

What a treat to have someone throw you such a gorgeous party!! Happy Birthday Bia!

  1. So I’ve tried to find info on making the little cone type favors that apparently just used a paper crimper, but I can’t really find anything. Does the crimper seal the paper enough to hold candy in them? I really would like to make them. They are so cute!

  2. I am loving the little favors! I would like to try and make them for a fall party that I am having next month! Can anyone give me some direction on how to make them, what I will need, etc. 🙂 any help would be appreciated! Thanks for all the wonderful ideas!

  3. Ahh, one of my favorite time of the year. Mainly because of thanksgiving, and maybe turkey. 🙂 This is really one of the best times that we get with the family, something that I always treasure.

Sadly I don’t think we have any birthday parties coming up this fall.

    Happy thanksgiving everyone! 🙂
