Easy Fall Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 Orange bell pepper
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Pumpkin Dip
- 4 oz Smoked salmon
- 10.5 oz Goat cheese
- 1 cup Crackers
- 1 cup Pretzel chips
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1 cup Baby carrots
- 1 cup Olives
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 Pear
- 1 cup Chocolates
Instructions
- Cut each bell pepper in half, remove interior seeds and rinse.
- With a knife, slice the bottom of the pepper to be flat so it will stand up on the board. Add dips inside of each pepper and place on the board.
- Start laying out the largest items first, such as the smoked salmon.
- Arrange the board until it’s covered with snacks.
- Serve and enjoy!
