Emoji Chocolate Bark makes a simple and adorable Valentine’s Day Treat!
With a 5th grade daughter in the house, we are a little Emoji crazy around here! We’ve got the pillows, the phone case, and you name it anything else emoji related is coming in this house. My daughter’s birthday party theme was even emoji and I’ve rounded up some amazing emoji party cakes in the past.
When I stumbled across some adorable emoji M&M’s at Target, I immediately wanted to buy them all up to use for a Valentine’s Day treat! Needless to say my daughter was thrilled. I think she scream at the top of her lungs in Target. That’s another thing 5th grade girls are crazy about… doing high pitched screams! ha!
I decided to make some Emoji White Chocolate Bark Valentine’s Day treats as that is about the simplest thing you can make and looks adorable packed up in cute bags.
Along with yellow M&M’s I wanted my dessert to have some color. I found some cute and colorful candy hearts from Wilton at Target too. Any Valentine’s Day Candy Sprinkles will do for chocolate bark —> look for some here.
To make Emoji Chocolate Bark, just melt a large glass bowl full of white chocolate chips or vanilla almond bark for about 1 minute in the microwave. Stir and melt for 30-60 more seconds and stir until creamy.
Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle Emoji M&M’s and heart candy sprinkles onto the melted chocolate.
Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the white chocolate has totally hardened.
Cut the candy into pieces and you’ve got an adorable Valentine’s Day treat!
