I initially intended to write about my Christmas traditions to link up over at The Inspired Room, but after going through old photos, I just couldn’t bring myself to post about my Christmas plans yet! It’s so pretty here in Texas, we finally have cool fall weather. I want to enjoy it while it lasts. Some of you are posting photos of snow and it’s making me cold!! So here are some nice Fall photos to get you BACK into the Fall swing of things.

These are from our trip to Boston last year. This is what it looks like now in Dallas!

This is me last year as a brunette. I almost didn’t recognize myself!

(Let me just tell you… blondes do have WAY more fun. hee. hee.)

This weekend I hope we will be doing this…

As I was going through old photos, I found these and just HAD to show them to you!!! Look at my little baby. Oh my heck she was so cute! I can’t believe she’s now talking back to me and putting on her own clothes! Waaaaaa. Check out her big bro playing with the spinning Barbies.

Little baby, why didn’t you warn me about your terrible two phase??? Oh, maybe that’s why you were sticking out your tongue… you knew what was coming. Little stinker!

The Winner of the Funfoodie Giveaway is ML @ The House of Whimsey!! Thanks to everyone who entered!

Don’t forget to come back next week for an awesome giveaway!!

Share the fun!

  2. Congratulations to the winner!

I loved this post. I bought a few things for Christmas at Goodwill yesterday but wasn’t even tempted to put them out yet. Normally I’m having chewing at the bit to get out all the Christmas stuff but this year I’m really enjoying Thanksgiving time. Maybe because we have so much to be thankful for in this tough time.

  3. Little Baby had an attitude already! I love her little tongue sticking out at you. 🙂

And… I think the fall pictures might count as bragging to all of us poor midwest people who are enduring our two feet of snow. That first photo of the covered bridge is amazing!

P.S. How is it fair that you look gorgeous as a blonde OR as a brunette? That’s really not right.

  4. What great pics! I do love fall and hate to rush past it to get to Christmas, so I’m making myself wait until after Thanksgiving to do any Cmas decorating or blogging.

You look so much different as a brunette! I didn’t recognize you in that pic. And that one of your daughter sticking her tongue out is too cute! Love it.
