Birthday Cake Marshmallow Pops are so cute! Dip the marshmallow in white chocolate and let it dry, then dip the top in chocolate (or use any color you would like). Add some sprinkles and put a real or candy candle on the top.

How do you make a candy candle?

A candy candle can be made by adding a strip of melted candy onto wax paper with a toothpick. Let the strip dry, then dot the top with a dap of the melted candy and sprinkle with yellow sugar sprinkles.

Get more detailed directions for making the candle on Icing Design’s blog.

Which one is your favorite? I’m thinking mine is a tie between the Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Peanut Butter. YUM!

  3. I or I should say my 9 yr. old made the Fourth of July version of your marshmallow treats and let’s just say I’m glad I took pictures. They were such a huge success that not all of our guests even got to see them. Can’t wait to try these ideas!!

  4. Turtle sounds utterly scrumptious but time consuming. For ease and taste, I think the chocolate peanut butter one would be my pick. Marshmallow Reeces.. yum!

  5. I just bought a bag of the jumbo marshmallows with no real idea of what to do with them (except toast them) but now the possibilities are endless!! Thank you!

  6. What did you add the to peanut butter chips to make them melt. It was a huge glob of peanut butter chips. There was NO WAY I could dip anything in that. What a huge mess. Please share your secret so I can try again.

  12. Wow. These little guys are gorgeous. Perfect for a fun or fancy party!

My favorite thing about them however is that they would probably be pretty easy to make in small quantities for a family treat or dessert. We’ve made our own “peeps” several times now and I’ve found a marshmallow or two really hits the spot with my boys 🙂

  13. A favorite??? My daughters and I squeeled with delight with each downward stroke of the cursor. The next set of pics would appear and we’d think that was our favorite, then the next and the next. Ha-ha. Love them all. For appearances my favorite would probably be the birthday cake and flavor would probably be the Turtle. =) TFS!
