Turkey Vegetable Tray – Thanksgiving Fun Food Idea

Make a Turkey Vegetable Tray for Thanksgiving! What a fun way to get kids and adults to eat their veggies!

Make a Turkey Vegetable Tray for Thanksgiving! A great way to get kids and adults to eat their veggies. Healthy Party Platter Idea by Amy at Living Locurto.

It’s never too early to start planning your Thanksgiving dinner! I came up with this fun food idea last year at Thanksgiving after being inspired by some amazing creative vegetable trays I found online.

We had dinner at my aunt’s house, the one who makes the best homemade pickles, and I was in charge of appetizers.

Each year, my family serves sliced vegetables, pickles and olives. Instead of using the usual glass bowls, I grabbed a plate and started creating a turkey out of the vegetables. I think he turned out pretty cute!

I hope this veggie tray inspires you to do something creative with your family meal this Thanksgiving. Appetizers and vegetables can be exciting if you just add a dash of creativity!
