I don’t carve pumpkins anymore, I paint! Because I have small children, this is just the easiest and most fun for them now. My daughter LOVED her Minnie Mouse Pumpkin last year. I have a big pumpkin primed and ready to paint on Halloween. I’ll reveal it soon!

These are some wonderful pumpkins the older girls at my daughter’s school painted. Each year they display their art work and I’m always super impressed with their creativity! Some are painted on plastic pumpkins, perfect for saving for next year.

Dr. Suess is so fun! This is a big gourd sitting on a plastic container, the hat is a paper plate.

Another great site I have already told you about, but wanted to feature again is One Pretty Thing and her Halloween Roundups. You could spend hours going through all the great things she’s found.

Look at this old doll stuffed with lights! Spooooky! I like making these mummies for kid parties too.
