I was sitting here at my computer feeling very overwhelmed. How will I get it all done? I have so many jobs on my list, I have so many emails to read, I have so many kid activities, I feel fat and want to work out, but I don’t have time. Should I just skip putting out Christmas lights this year? If so, we’ll be the only one on the block with a dark house. Does it really matter?
My life is good. I have great opportunities, I have a healthy family and friends, I love my job. I should stop worrying about if I can do it all and just go make some coffee and get things done. I am just overwhelmed apparently and needed a 10 minute break, so I made this free printable for you. You can frame it if you want. Maybe it will remind you that when you feel overwhelmed, so does someone else out there!
