Patriotic Ice Cream Sandwich Pops

Easy Patriotic Mini Ice Cream Sandwich Pops by Amy Locurto @

Why I can’t just serve my children a treat straight out of the box, I don’t know? Now they are spoiled and expect something homemade or spectacular! These easy Ice Cream Sandwich Pops do the trick and take no time at all!

I found some mini ice cream sandwiches, cut them in half, added a lollipop stick, then covered the edges in festive sprinkles.

Put them on wax paper and freeze. Serve in a cute cupcake wrapper for a fun summer treat that looks homemade AND spectacular!
