Butterscotch Martini Recipe

A Butterscotch Martini recipe that tastes a lot like Harry Potter Butterbeer! A delicious cocktail idea for your next party.

Happy Friday! Who’s ready for happy hour? To kick off a FUN weekend, I’m hosting a Holiday Happy Hour with some of my favorite creative bloggers. We’re sharing amazing cocktails and appetizers to get you ready for your upcoming Holiday parties.

I’m on a butterscotch kick. Remember my Harry Potter Butterbeer Microwave Cake in a Mug? Well, I’m trying to recreate that taste in a cocktail. It’s a hard job, but someone had to do it! After several attempts, I made the perfect Butterscotch Martini cocktail that tastes a LOT like Butterbeer from Hogwarts. YUM!

When I tried other Butterscotch Martini recipes, they were way too strong and didn’t taste good at all. I toned down my martini to be enjoyable and something I would want to serve at a party and drink myself.

Enjoy this not so strong Butterscotch Martini cocktail recipe and be sure to click on over to the next recipe to enjoy the Holiday Happy Hour!
