Only 3 Ingredients Makes This The Easiest Crock Pot Meal

I used only three ingredients, one being Coke of course! The pork roast is so tender after cooking that it breaks apart at the touch of a fork. Perfect for sandwiches. I planned that for left-overs, but we didn’t have any!!

How to make 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Roast

I love the sweet taste of Coke, so I pared it with oranges to add some sweet and tangy flavor to the pork loin roast. There you have it… now you know the three ingredients! An orange, Coca-Cola and a pork roast… that’s it!!

To infuse orange flavoring into the pork, I sliced into the meat and added orange slices before pouring a bottle of Coke over it all. Then set the timer to my slow cooker and left for the day!

It was great to come home to a house full of the amazing roast aroma. Thanks to Coke, which I always have handy, dinner was a huge success! Home cooked meals are always such a wonderful way to enjoy family time, especially when life gets crazy with your kid’s activities.

Pair this pork loin roast with your favorite sauce if you like more flavoring. I served ours up with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a nice cold glass of Coke. I can’t wait to make this again!
