I heard a professional organizer speak about writing out your favorite meals and taping them inside of a cabinet for easy meal planning. This way, when you’re brain dead from a busy day and can’t think of what to cook, you just look at your list. I thought that was a terrific idea!

I love the meal plan list. Now I won’t have to go over everything in my head a thousand times a day trying to come up with something to fix.

What a great idea! I’m a pretty seasoned veteran, and I can rattle off our top 10 simple meals; but I know there are young women out there who aspire to greatness in the meal prep department, and this will be a solution toward attaining that goal. Press on!
