Welcome Spring Tea Party Idea

Donna from Party Wishes

Donna from Party Wishes is back with her ultra cute Welcome Spring Tea Party.

I worked in my garden most of the day yesterday and am definetely ready to welcome spring with a wonderful party like this! This sweet idea just goes to show you don’t need guests to have a party with your kids. They would love having you as the guest of honor.

Tips on a successful Spring Tea Party

  • Invite your friends or fairies.
  • Be sure to wear your tutu if you have one… preferably pink.
  • Building a fairy structure with inexpensive pink tulle fabric draping down from a tree. The fairies will love the home you build for them!
  • Enjoy scones and lemonade on fancy china.
  • Pop bubbles with a butterfly wand.
  • Don’t forget to take lots of photos!

Happy Spring Time!

  2. I had a princess tea party for Weslea when she turned four…she still talks about it! It was pretty awesome (if I do say so myself.)

Now she won’t have anything to do with fairies, princesses or tea parties. :( I’m so glad I planned it for when I did so that we can still have those memories together.

I love these ideas! My daughter is almost 2 years old and she is so into this kind of stuff. With a few modifications, due to her young age, I think I could make this into a birthday tea party for her. She would be ecstatic.

Another idea might be to read a Fancy Nancy book at the party, since the girls are all dolled up and fancy.

Hmmm – I don’t know that my boys would really appreciate being dressed in pink, or tutus for that matter; but what a lovely idea for a party!
